Note the new cedar fence on the right that Tim built. Our bay window was literally falling off and so we had to fix it. Well fixing the bay window then led to the porch, new siding, new windows, new paint, new back porch, new landscaping, sprinklers, new hardwood floor in living room and dining room, hallway and kitchen, and eventually we will put cobblestone rock along the bottom part of the house. Whew... crazy spring and summer, that's for sure. Tim did the flooring, and painting and helped with landscaping and is planning on doing the rock work too. But it really has been fun updating our home. We really are enjoying it.

They really weren't that expensive and they have been well worth it. I like the swing better than the glide rocker.
